Building until it worked

With over 7 years of experience in product management and consulting for platforms and marketplaces with giants like BASF, Roche, and the data marketplace AddiMap, I've built the AI startup Unifire and am now exploring the intricate relationship between AI design and user experience. My work focuses on building valuable products where humans and AI collaborate seamlessly.

During Unifire's development, I quickly realized the limitations of "one-click" content generation tools. We shifted to a more nuanced approach that allows users to personalize and intervene in the process based on their preferences. Some users want full control over prompts and tone, while others prefer ready-to-use content across multiple templates. This diversity in user behavior highlights the complexity of creating effective AI-powered tools.I am particularly interested in using analytics to understand user behavior and the quality of LLM outputs. Interactions with LLM-powered products are multi-dimensional, depending on user ability, input quality, the LLM model, and developer techniques. My passion lies in analyzing these elements to create more meaningful, actionable insights for improving AI-driven user experiences.
